Gravity Forms shortcode not working in Content Area Off Canvas

Hello
I am trying to add a Gravity Forms shortcode to the Content Area Off Canvas element but the form isn’t showing up.

I originally posted the question on the post referenced below and went thru the troubleshooting checklist provided and it still isn’t working.

I have tested this on my development site and it still isn’t showing up.

• X is up-to-date
• I have all plugins off except Cornerstone & Gravity Forms
• I have activated the main theme (vs. child theme)
• I removed the custom CSS and JS updates
• I entered the shortcode in the text editor
• Deleted cache with WP Super Cache, then deactivated plugin
• i have tested the shortcode in a text element and it is appearing as it should

If you wouldn’t mind taking a look at the set up to see what I’m missing, I’d appreciate it.

Thanks for reaching out.

That thread isn’t related to Gravity Form, and yes, there are some known issues with Gravity forms and modal elements. Unfortunately, there is no available workaround at this moment. Please stay tuned for future updates.

I was aware that thread wasn’t related to Gravity Forms, but it contained shortcodes so I was hoping it would work the same.
