Gravity Forms - Page Refresh Required to Display Form

After updating to the latest version of X and CornerStone, all of the pages which contain a gravity form now require that a page refresh be done before the form appears. Once the form appears it works normally. It simply doesn’t appear on the initial page load.

I don’t think anything else has changed on the site except for the update to X and CornerStone.

ALL caches have been cleared multiple times including the local browser cache. I have also verified the same issue on a mobile device (iPhone).

Hi @cbordages,

Thanks for reaching out.

That’s only possible with the cache as there is no coding that can detect page reloads to specifically affect any feature. Does it work permanently after reload? Would you mind providing a sample that has this issue and I’ll try reloading it myself?

Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply. I found the problem was in the settings in SiteGround’s SG SuperCacher. If you have “Load Render Blocking Javascript Files Asynchronously” the problem occurs. Un-check this option and all seems to be well.

I can’t recall if this option was turned on before the most recent update or was a setting that was changed later.

Glad it’s working now, it could probably turned on. Any cache usually has undesirable result for every update regardless of theme and plugin. Which is why we recommend most users to manage their caches manually after every updates. Thanks!
