It seems that the shared credential for the user does not have the administrative privilege to access the Gravity Form menu to check what is the reason behind your issue. I would request you to give the admin privilege to the user and let us know to start the investigation.

Please go to Pro > Theme Options > Headers and set the “Top Height” to 70 pixels to resolve your header issue.
