Gravity Forms not redirecting to page only in mobile

I have a strange isues

I’m using gravity forms in this webpage
https://maksimasenov.org/new-you it redirects to https://maksimasenov.org/new-you/vip after filling it up.

It’s working fine on desktop but on mobile not working at all, just freeze and nothing happens

Thanks for writing in! A 3rd party plugin could be in conflict with the Gravity Forms plugin. We highly recommend that you do the follwing:

• Testing For Theme Related Issue
• Testing For Plugin Conflict
• Theme Update
• Css/Js Customization
• Disabling Cache
• Disabling Cdn
• Version Compatibility
