Gravity Forms & Modal

Hi,

i tried to add a gravity shortcode in a modal. But there is an error http://marx.pixelkoenige.de/fuer-privatpersonen/

I use it on a different page https://empowerment-nuernberg.de/therapie-gegen-eifersucht/ and it works fine.

Any ideas?

Best regards,
Tobi

Hey Tobi,

It looks like you added 2 GF forms on the page. You have duplicate IDs which might be the reason why the form doesn’t work.

Please test if this really is an issue with our theme and not your setup of Gravity Forms. You can do that by adding 2 (duplicate) GF forms to the page. If this works, this means you can’t add to identical forms in the same page.

If that doesn’t work, please confirm that the issue is with our theme by doing the following troubleshooting first.

  1. Testing For Theme Related Issue
  2. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update
  4. Child Theme
  5. Css/Js Customization
  6. Increasing Php Memory Limit

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following info in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thanks.

Hi Christian,

Yesterday I had already tested the plug-ins, but I left out the YOAST plug-in because I thought it wouldn’t be it.

Today I deactivated all of them and it really is the YOAST PlugIn. Very dubious.

Thanks for your help
Best regards
Tobias
