Gravity Forms issue with spam and submissions not going through

Hi there,

I have a client that uses gravity forms for sign-ups online and they also manually enter some of the form submissions themselves. We are having an issue that when they are manually entering the data, it is not saving and either kicks it into SPAM or just doesn’t register that submission anywhere…they have also had the same issue if a website user is filling out a form - they never receive it. What can be done or checked to resolve the issue as this has become a problem for them?

Hi There,

Seems there is a issue with gravity form, not with theme. If you can try this with other theme can confirm the issue.
