Gravity Forms Error on top of page header in Cornerstone

Hello.

I am starting to see the following error in my WP website:

I have checked with GF and they said: " > This can happen when the theme or another removes the script tags from around the form scripts."

I have tested in Troubleshooting mode and there is no error.

Editing the page in Cornerstone (site is made with Mogul) - if I hide one personify section and one personify Hero Heading - the error goes away.

Can you please advise?

Thank you!

Hello @sprod,

Thank you for the inquiry.

We may need access to the dashboard in order to check this properly. Please post the login details in the secure note and provide a direct link to the page with the issue.

Did you add a Gravity Form in the personify section?

Best regards.

Hi @Ismael

Thank you for your message.

I was able to fix it by reverting storage back to Shortcodes.

So something must be going on with HTML storage?

Do you still need access?

Thanks!

Glad to know that you managed to resolve the issue. If you can clone the site to a staging environment, we’d like to check and debug the issue there. It’s possible that certain shortcodes or block code required by the plugin to load specific scripts are missing when HTML storage is active, but we are not yet sure.
