Gravity Forms conflict with Pro editing

Hi Themeco team,
I have a website that is using Pro V2.5.5 and Gravity Forms V2.4.11.4, php V5.6 (Unable to take to V7 as website disappears)
https://kalamundaartisanmarket.com.au
After updating to the latest version of Gravity Forms I am now unable to edit the pages as it displays an error message:
The preview could not load. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing. Checking the developer console for errors could indicate what went wrong.
When Gravity plug in is “off” I am then able to edit pages.
I have cleared all caching on pages. I have searched the Forum for solutions, and found this thread:

I followed all these solutions, but still have the issue persisting.
Can you offer any further solutions ?
Your assistance is appreciated.
Cheers
Deb

Hello Deb,

Thanks for providing the information. I have investigated it and I found out that when you edit a page in Pro editor, it throws an error 500 or fatal error. Please upgrade your PHP version to at least 7.2. Make sure that you have meet the minimum requirements to run the latest WordPress. You can check it out here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

And also, please check if ModSecurity is enabled. You will have to whitelist the url in the secure note.

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks for your assistance.
I have been successful in upgrading php to V7.2 as suggested … and the issue has now been rectified.
Much appreciated support.

Cheers

You’re always welcome!

Cheers.
