I’m trying to achieve an accordion that looks like this with gravity forms:

Implemented the code, but it does not seem to work. Do you have any suggestions as to what might be the cause?

Unfortunately, we can’t provide support for custom code and this one is made by other people. I recommend contacting the author who made the code or a developer to achieve this in a similar way.
