Gravity form will not render in Cornerstone

I get an error when trying to add a Gravity Form in Cornerstone:
“This element could not render due to invalid markup. You may have unclosed html tags in your content.”

This issue is also discussed here, but I can’t find a solution there. I tried deactivating SG Optimizer, but it didn’t help.

I can add the form via a widget and in WP Bakery Builder, and I can a different Gravity Form in Cornerstone, but I cannot add this particular form in Cornerstone. I tried adding it to a new page in Cornerstone with the same result. Can you please let me know what might be the problem? Where are these html tags located?

Cornerstone page: https://upstatefilms.org/x-home
Gravity Form: Email signup

Cornerstone version: 4.1.2
GF version: 2.4.14

Hi Steve,

Thanks for reaching out.

It may not display in the preview, but it shouldn’t cause HTML markup error. Unfortunately, I can’t find anything from the front, would you mind providing your admin login credentials in the secure note so we could check it?

Thanks!

Thanks for checking into this. Credentials in secure note.

Hi Steve,

I’m not sure what’s wrong, but it could be specific to that form. I re-created a similar form with same fields and works fine too. Perhaps, you can just use another form , and maybe that existing form has faulty data that affects the loading of its structure within the preview.

Thanks!

I just duplicated the form and it works fine. Strange. Anyway, thanks very much for your help.

You’re welcome!
We’re glad @Rad were able to help you out.
