Gravity form on WFD’s donation page (https://wfdeaf.org/donate/) disappeared but when I enter cornerstone to see if the link is broken or missing, the form is there. I tried deleting the element then place it back in then saved but still got the same issue.

Perhaps it’s a caching thing and you just need to clear caches? Or you could try using a text area and just put the Gravity Forms shortcode in and see if that works?

There could be a conflict when seen in front page. In this case, please share us your admin credentials so we could check further.

Don’t forget to set in a secure note.

Try this also because it might help. This are the common debugging that might help you fix the issue.

  • Clear site and browser caching.
  • Test for plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  • Test your gravity forms. Create a new form in a new page. If it is working, there could be conflict inside your page.

Many thanks for your quick response. We are going to try out the gravity form in a new page to see if it is still working. I have added the admin credential in a secure note in my original message.

Hello There,

After you created another test page, please go to WPEngine > General Settings and clear your cache. This could be just a caching issue.

Creating a new page works! That solved the problem with the form. But we ran into a new issue with the search button not working even though it works on the staging site. We tried clearing cache to see if that may have been the reason but it did not work. Any idea what might be causing this?

Hello There,

There is a known bug that the search is not loading. Please update your theme to X 6.1.3 and Cornerstone 3.1.3. After the update, clear all the caches before your test your site again.
