Gravity Form has stopped working

Hi,

Suddenly one of my forms which is used dozens of times a day has stopped showing up. Nothing has changed.
The form is located here: https://albondogranch.com/daycare-booking/

If you could help please it would be great!
Leaving login after.

Cheers,
Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for writing in! Upon investigating your issue further, it seems that you were experiencing caching issue. I have purged your server cache and your forms started to appear again.

Please check the following resource on how you can clear all caches before testing any issue (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).

Thanks!

Hi thank you but the forms are still not working. The one you posted above is the only one that is and was working for some reason.

I posted the other links for the Daycare and Registration form as well as others not working.

Thanks.

Hi Jonathan,

Have you updated from very old version? The rendering of the GF element is no longer working, please re-add your form as a shortcode within classic text element. You can delete the existing non-working GF from through Skeleton Mode.

Thanks!

Hi Rad,

No I keep everything updated and check daily.
I tried what you suggested on one of the forms and it is still not showing.

Please note that when I switch to a default theme the forms DO work.

Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,

It should be working, the reason it’s not working after the fix is because of the conflicting forms added to the header, especially the off-canvas contents.

It works on a standard theme since they don’t have a Pro header builder removing the culprit from the test. Please remove the forms from your header one at a time until you find the culprit.

Thanks!

Hi Rad,

Thank you so much. I found the off canvas culprit. It was an old notice I had that I forgot about. Good to know these things can cause so much damage!

You’re welcome!
