Gravity Form Greyed Out When Added to Website

I created two gravity forms. One called “contacts” and the other called “PDF”

When I use the element classic gravity forms, my “contact” form loads with no problem. When I go to the drop down menu to switch the form from “contact” to “PDF”, the “PDF” gravity form doesn’t load. Instead I get a greyed out box.

Please help. I don’t understand why one form works while the other one doesn’t.

Unfortunately, I can’t provide answer either as I’m not sure how Gravity Form works. But it could be related to settings too, like maybe AJAX related or similar. I recommend contacting the Gravity Form author to check your setup.
