Hello There,
I have an issue with GRAVITY FORMS for one of the form.
It is displayed in back end but not in live for a new page. I have the same form in another page displayed perfectly
If i change the id number for another form it is working.
All my setup is updated
I tried on other web navigator for cache issue for it is not working also.

EDIT : Sorry, I figured it out. It is a javascript issue with another plugin (Tablepress)
