Gravity Form Conflict

Hi there,

I have a site that uses pro and gravity forms like many of our other sites. This particular site is showing an error when someone submits a contact form. The form is sending but an error message is popping up saying that there was a problem sending the form. Gravity forms support is saying this is related to the theme. I will provide a secure note.

Thanks for writing to us.

I would suggest you please clone your live site to the staging server and troubleshoot a few common issues with our troubleshooting guidelines. I would also suggest you please deactivate the Pro theme activate the default WordPress theme and check it.

Please share the staging server credentials so we can check them without breaking your live site.
