Hi, I wish to create this effect, hover / click over an area of an image and it enlarges the area of the image then it triggers additional content, please could you point me in the right direction?? Thanks

Thank you for the inquiry.

For the resize effect, you can use the Effects > Interaction > Transform settings with the value set to scale(1.8). To display additional content, you can implement the slider triggers as shown in the following video.
