Graphic Icons not showing on element editor

Hello, graphic icons are not showing, I replaced with uploaded ones but would rather have the ones offered by the theme if possible.

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that the Font Awesome is enabled in Pro > Theme Options > Miscellaneous > Font Awesome. If this is not helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

If you are not comfortable sharing the admin credential, please copy your live site to a staging server with the exact setup you have in your live server? So we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site and will try to recognize the problem behind this.
And please provide login credentials for your staging site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
