Gradient on svg section top separator

I am trying to create a gradient on svg from section top separator.

From comments on SO I get that svg tag needs a defs linearGradient tag. Is it possible to add this somehow?

Hello There,

Yes, it is possible using jquery but that would be outside the scope of our support because the customization needed.
1.) Add an ID on to your section
2.) Target the svg separator using the given ID on section and then use prepend function to add that on current svg element.
