Hi,
I’m having trouble getting my site indexed by Google Search Console because of mobile issues.
Here’s what Google Search Console is seeing
Is there something I can change in my X theme to correct this?
Thanks,

Hi Jhaysin,
Thanks for writing in! I have tested your site URL and I see the following errors on the google mobile friendly test tool.
You can see all the error information from here (https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6352293?utm_source=search_console&utm_campaign=sc-mft-test&hl=en) and please check the following resources on how to fine-tune your site further.
Hope that helps.
Thanks!
Thanks,
The errors are coming from an incomplete / incorrectly rendered version of the mobile site.
Google isn’t loading most of the page resources
Here is what the site actually looks like on a phone
Here is what Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test Tool is rendering
What could be causing the difference in renderings and why would Google not load the page resources when my phone does?

Hi Jhaysin,
Almost all the resources from your site aren’t loading and it’s due to security or robots.txt blocking the access from robots (like googlebot). Please check this https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2387297?hl=en
I recommend contacting your hosting provider to have it fixed.
Thanks!
Thanks Rad.
I spoke with my server and they are not blocking anything with security. They looked at my robots.txt and nothing was getting blocked there either.
I reset my sitemap xml files for google to see if that would work but I’m still getting this error from Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test
I’ve turned off or deactivated any security I can find in the admin.
What else should I look at?

Hi J,
It could be CDN level issue too since it returns 520 error from CloudFlare. Example and this would help to verify that it’s not theme or plugin issue is by using this tool http://www.botsimulator.com/
Now add this URL https://www.dangerpress.com/wp-includes/js/mediaelement/mediaelement-migrate.min.js to that tool to simulate a google bot access.
That file is accessible if you standard browser (desktop or mobile), but with google bot, it isn’t.
The error 520 is in the screenshot, and this is here https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200171936-Error-520-Web-server-is-returning-an-unknown-error
It could be that CloudFlare is blocking google bot. Some host has this CloudFlare built-in so I’m not sure whom you should contact. I recommend contacting both.
Thanks!
Thanks again Rad.
I’ll look at my CloudFlare options.
You are most welcome.
