Google Search Console Error: site not mobile friendly

Hi there

I have tested my website with Google Search Console, to see if it is indexed. Most of the pages are at Google available but 6 pages are not, and have the message “not mobile friendly”. Google shows me a strage screenshot of the mobile view:

If I test the mobile view of the same page, it looks like this:

Also this 6 pages are made with the same header, content and footer as all the other pages, which are fine for Google.

Any idea, what could be the problem?

Thanks for writing in! Please check your font sizing. Google may find it a little bit smaller font size. If you can share with us the URL of the pages so that we can inspect and investigate what could be the reason why Google pointed out the issue.

Thank you very much for your reply. The font sizing is all the same, also with all the pages, which are fine for Google.

Hello Felix,

Please disable your LiteSpeed Cache plugin or any other optimizing plugin and then do the Google Console test again. It could be that Google Console is inspecting the cached version of your site.

Thank you very much for your good advice. I have tryed the Google Search Console test again after deactivating LiteSpeed Cache, but unfortunately there is no difference. Tha pages are still not optimized for mobile.

Hey Felix,

This case is not an issue with Pro nor anything else in WordPress. This usually has to do with your CSS and JS files not being accessible to the Google Bot or Google Bot. This is a problem with your web host setup. Please contact your web host to ensure all the CSS and JS files in your server are accessible to Google.

Just a hint, the setup is usually done in the robots.txt file.

Thank you very much for your reply. Yes of course, I understand. I only thought, it could be something from the theme, because most of the pages are duplicates from pages which are fine for Google.
I will check with my web host.
