Google Page Manager Not Working 25% of the Time

We have Google Tag Manager installed correctly on our site that uses Theme.co Pro and Cornerstone.

Inside of Google Tag Manager, it shows GTM loading up perfectly fine on 75% of pages, tracking click events and everything. We try various and random pages and it does this.

Then, out of the blue, it won’t load up a page in the GTM backend. After a hard refresh in the browser, it will start working again. Other times, it loads it up but won’t track clicks on the page. Sometimes the pages work, other times they won’t load until a hard refresh is done.

We have deactivated all plugins to see if any of them are causing issues. We’ve even switched back to a default Wordpress theme to test it out. We’ve done a clearing of our caches in our browsers, and purged the web server cache as well. None of that is causing the issues. We’ve narrowed it down to the Pro theme that’s causing GTM not to load up properly 25% of the time?
