Google Maps JavaScript API warning: NoApiKeys

Hey folks,

we’ve got a tonne of errors showing up on the home page of one of our clients site.

https://sweetolenkas.ca/ it’s the home page of it we want to get it to work again with 4 maps for their 4 locations.

I have the new api key from their gsuite space, but it’s saying there are no keys, I also see an error stating that having more than one key. So my brain is sort of hurting on this one…

I can’t seem to find a fix in the forum yet either…

let me know what you think i should do. everything has been updated to current versions.

Thanks for reaching out.

I think the keys are okay, the error that I’m seeing is Google Maps JavaScript API error: RefererNotAllowedMapError. I recommend editing the API Key permission and allow the domain/site.

Plus, the Map API is loaded multiple times, that’s another error but I can’t find which is causing it. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I’ve removed all but one map on the back end but source shows it still showing up… ?

Hi Erich,

The multiple occurrence of Google Maps API is coming from the Ubermenu. I have disabled it from Ubermenu settings.

To resolve the other issue RefererNotAllowedMapError, please follow this guide here (https://churchthemes.com/page-didnt-load-google-maps-correctly/). Also when you copy and paste your API key, make sure there’s no spaces before or after API key.
