Google map won't render on a single page - works on others with same settings

Hi there,
I have a Google map element that was working well a while ago on the https://yrcw.space/montrose page, that now will not render on the page after some changes.
The same google map with the same API information and location information works on the /contact page and the /opening-soon page, just not the /montrose page.
I get a console output of: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘graphicAnimation’
Any ideas what may be causing the issue?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! I have inspected your page and it seems that there is a broken feature list or featured box on the page. It is now displaying anything as well. Please remove it and refresh the page again.
