Google map problem

Hi i cleared it. and my google map appears blank now. How do i set it so that the red marker will be visible on the map

Hi there,

The map is displaying on my end as well but there is probably a Javascript issue in the backend that is why it is not loading in Cornerstone. Please try to testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

As for adding the map marker, you will have to place the correct value for the latitude and the longitude field in the map marker option.

Hi there i did as you instructed and tried for a plugin conflict. I deactivated all the 3rd party plugin however it still isnt working. I added the correct value in the google map element, Still the marker isnt showing.

There’s no error but yes, the marker is not visible. I have check the latitude and longitude value of the map and notice that the value of the marker is too far from the map. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cblOhB2RjO
The map is showing singapore but the marker is in New York. Did you add the correct latitude and longitude for the marker? It seems that the marker value is still the default. Please change it too. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cblOh52Rjw
