When I type url “site: hotbodzone.com” I am also getting demo archives and pages. These are not on my site since I used them for setting up pages. Also noticing most of my posts are not showing up at all. If I type a post within quotation marks they will show up if I add hotbodzone after it. ie “Resistance Band Workout” hotbodzone
Is there a way to eliminate these indexed pages from google? My sitemap is only showing my current pages/posts and not any demo information.

Thank you for writing in, but I can’t replicate the issue, I don’t get any demo page when I search the terms you provided, please clarify.
Also, try re-indexing your site again on Google (and other search engine site)
