I’ve added G-4 Analytics to the website but the old analytics is showing up. Please help me!

Thanks for reaching out.
It does not seem related to the Theme. I would also suggest you, activate any of the default themes like TwentyTwenty, and check if the issue still exists. If that exists, that might be something else behind your problem, and as it is not related to the theme, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you in doing the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.
If that exists only in the Pro or X, please let us know for further investigation.

NOTE: The given credentials are not working. Can you please check and send it once again?
