Google fonts loading fine in Firefox, not Chrome (resolved -- not an X-Theme issue)

Howdy, I’m having a chronic problem in my X-Theme site, (under development), with Google fonts and the Chrome browser (go-figure).

I’ve specified Raleway in the X-Theme customization area under Typography, and it’s appearing as-expected in Firefox.
But not in Chrome (Version 80.0.3987.122 (Official Build) (64-bit Win10). And the Chrome debugging console (Network tab) shows a number of .woff2 requests failing.

I tinkered a bit with the Typography settings but the failure seems to be quite consistent no matter what I try.
I also tried loading the web font in the child-theme’s style.css with an import url() but that made no difference either.

Here’s where you can see it in-action and view the Chrome .woff2 failures:
(URL deleted after the problem was resolved).

I can provide you with a temporary wp-admin login if-needed – just let me know if you want that, or if there is anything else I can do to assist in resolving this.

I found and fixed the problem – it was not the website at all – but the FirePHP developer’s extension I had installed in my Chrome browser. I deleted that extension and viola, no more font loading errors in Chrome!

Even though it’s not an X-Theme issue at all, maybe this info will help others…
