As far as I can tell this is being produced by the template - it calls a Google font using the pipe character " Illegal character in query: | is not allowed." detected using the W3C validator, the recommendation is to replace the pipe with %7C so how can I do this?

Thanks for writing in! We can confirmed that this is bug in the latest release. I’ve submitted this to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it. Once they’ve fix this, it will be updated and rolled out in the next release update cycle.
At the moment, there is no temporary solution.
