Google Font not showing on mobile

Hello! The Google Font I’m using on my website is showing up on desktop but not on tablets or phones.

Screenshot of desktop version (iMac using Chrome). The font is showing properly here (it’s the text that says “A just city starts with you” and it’s in PT Sans Narrow):

It’s like this throughout the entire website.

Can you guys help?

Hello There,

Thank you for the very detailed post information. Your Google font did not work because you have not loaded or imported the font in your page. You must add this line first:

@import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=PT+Sans+Narrow');

I went ahead and added it to your custom css.

Please clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and check your site again.
