Google Chrome and IE Issues with Agency

Greetings,

Recently, I have had two issues with a website I have designed using AGENCY. The site is http://christccocala.com/

1.) In CHROME the black and white image went missing (it loads and disappears quickly). It does display in both IE and Firefox. (HOME PAGE)

2.) In IE the Revolution Slider washes out to almost nothing. It displays properly in Chrome and Firefox. (HOME PAGE)

Do you have any solutions available? Please let me know.

Thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind providing your admin login credentials for further checking? There is a similar bug and already fixed in Pro 2.1.6 / X 6.1.6 / Cornerstone 3.1.6. But yes, the cause of all of these is the slider in your home page. I’ll re-open the bug report once I confirmed this.

And for the meantime, please update your Pro theme to the latest, it’s currently 2.2.3 and the latest is 2.2.4.

Hi @denrob14,

I can confirm that it’s the same bug, I’ll re-open this bug report. The only workaround, for now, is turning off the parallax of your section’s background.
