I have followed you KB article of setting up Analytics but I am struggling. My Google account used the new GA4 version of their app. I have two ID numbers - a Stream ID and a Measurement ID. Can you confirm which one I should use. I have tried both, but it seems to make no difference. Within you GA plugin I have Enabled GA, Selected position Header, and checked to include logged-in.

The site is under development but I have been on and off the site all day, but no data is being shown in GA.

Do you have any ideas what I am doing wrong please?

Thanks for writing in!

Themeco’s Google Analytics plugin hasn’t been updated for a while. We highly recommend that you use Google Site Kit plugin instead.

Themeco should just remove it. It doesn’t work anymore with the V4. Or at least state that if we are using V4 of GA, then don’t install it.

That’s my point. I spent about two hours trying to figure out why GA wasn’t working only to find your add-on doesn’t work.
