Google Analytics stopped working

Hi,

My communication from my site to GA stopped working. I have updated the theme, cornerstone and the GA plug-in. I have also tried to deactivate other plugins. Do you have any suggestions on what to do?

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! I checked your site and I see a JS error due to the custom JS you have in Global JS section. Try removing your custom JS (take a backup first of your code) and see if this resolves the issue.

Thanks for your reply. I rmade the custom JS inactive, but I still don´t get it to work. Can you see any other reasons why the GA won’t work?

Hello Sebastian,

All the GA code in your site has been place porperly. It should have work by now. Please go to your Google Analytics panel and check your settings. If possible, please check your GA code and compare it to the one in your site. You may need to recheck your GA code validation as well which can only be done in your Google Analytics panel.
