Hi there,
we have a problem. Please help it is out of our scope.
Approximately twice a day our website mojzubar.eu stop to work and instead of the page is this announcement - below.
After few minutes sometimes hours it just disappears. We didn’t do anything before or after this announcement. It just happens.
Please help. Thanks
Michael
Hi There,
Thanks for writing in! It’s hosting configuration related issue. Please check the following guide (https://www.templatemonster.com/help/open_basedir-restriction-in-effect-filex-is-not-within-the-allowed-paths-y.html#gref).
You should contact your hosting provider with regard to this.
Thanks!
Great thanks.
You’re welcome
