Google Analytics Not Working properly

Hello We have GA Plugin installed on our site but for some reason its not showing

I’ve followed the instructions from this

cleared cache, deleted and re added the plugin

Disabled all plugins and still not working

Would you be able to have a look and let us know what the issue is?
