Hello. I implemented the google analytics plugin three days ago. It is still not working and Im not sure why. It has worked on all the other sites I have done in the past using Xtheme pro. The site is https://snpnyc.org.

Thanks for writing in! Please double-check the tracking code that you have inserted. You may need to review the placement and your settings as well. By the way, we cannot check your site because the credentials do not work for us. The password seems incorrect.

It seems that you are using the Google Analytics plugin. Be aware that this hasn’t been updated for a while. It is best that you use the official Google WordPress plugin, the Google SiteKit. Please have this installed and switch to this plugin to manage your Google Analytics.

I installed google analytics plugin from the X Theme pro extensions. Is the wrong plugin included in your package?

As my colleague says in his comment, that the Google Analytics bundled plugin hasn’t been updated to work with the latest offering of Google Analytics.
We are still working on the update, till then, you can use Google’s official WordPress plugin named Site Kit.
