Google Analytics doesn't connect

Hey guys,

i just installed “your” Google analytics, insert the code, but it doesn’t work. Google Analytics shows no numbers. What can i do? Page is www.fenner-musik.de. I got the code form analytics tracking information.

I’ve checked your site and can’t find any trace of your Google Analytics plugin are you sure you’ve activated it?

Hi there,

It seems that the WPFC plugin gets in the way of having the functionality on the front end of the website.

Kindly first of all make a backup of your website. Then please update the theme to version 1.2.3

Then kindly clear cache and deactivate the cache plugin. And at last kindly delete the Google Analytics plugin and install it again.

That should do the trick.

Problem is, if I deactivate the cache plugin, google speed goes down from ~85 to ~35. Any other idea?

We have asked you to disable the caching plugin temporarily. You can try enabling it now and it should work as well.

Ok, i tried it now, still nothing to see in realtime analytics, when im online

I did check the site and I don’t see any wrong with the Google Analytics setup. Please be sure that you got the correct Analytics Code, if you would not mind please re-copy it from Google.

Be aware that your Google Analytics code will not output if you are logged-in on the site (to avoid extra hits). Try to load the page in private/incognito mode of your browser. Or ask a friend to check your site.
