Hello,

I didn’t add adsense code to my English Website https://tarekrabaa.com/en/

i am seeing ads on the page!!! how to remove them.

Hey @tarekr,

I don’t see the Google Ad when I checked your site. Anyway, our theme does not contain any ads so that could have been added by a third-party plugin. Please do the following:

  1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  2. Switch to the parent theme.

  3. Remove custom codes in Theme Options > JS, Appearance > Widgets and other areas where you added custom code.

I did as you wrote. I switch to the parent theme, I didn’t see the ad anymore. When I put back the chld theme the add appears again.
The code is inserted in the header but i cannot see anything in the header. I was using auto-ad before but i didn’t insert the code on this page.

In that case, please seek help from a personal developer to check your child theme.

This is not a support.

Your team provide me with a code to insert in the function.php which is causing the problem
I removed the code I placed on https://tarekrabaa.com/opinion/هيركات-ملغوم-على-الطريقة-اللبنانية/ and it stop working.

I understand the frustration here but giving you code here is not even part of our product support but we helped you anyway. This doesn’t mean that we’ll continue doing that or include custom codes as part of our support.

My reply still applies. Hire a developer to fix your child theme.
