I managed to access your website and go to Pro Editor and found out the spinning logo effect is because of the Internal Server Error 500:

There are many possibilities that can cause this issue which we should rule out one by one. But at least we now know this is something related to your hosting service provider and we will do our best to give you the correct possibilities which you can contact your hosting provider:

1. Mod_Security settings in the hosting:

This can be fixed by the hosting service provider, kindly contact them and ask to remove the Pro Builder Endpoint URLS such as http://legalmarketing.io/x/ from Mod_Security settings. While contacting the, kindly give them this guide:

2. Files and Folders permission:

Make sure that all your Wordpress installation files and folders have read and write access. You can consult with your hosting service provider regarding this and give them this guide:

3. Hosting internal Cache and Minification Services:

Some hosting providers have internal Caching system and assets minifying services. Pro minifies all it’s assets already and minifying the assets again will make conflicts. If the provider has such a service ask them to turn off for you.

I removed the theme, reinstalled and nothing, the hosts have said there is nothing wrong with the hosting settings and no issues in logs yet the builder will not load up at all. I am getting more frustrated.

Sorry for taking so long to respond, that happens because you are bumping on your own threads and the threads go to the end of the line.

I have checked and did further investigation in your site. It occurs that there was an Error 500 which causes the ajax error. I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.4.45 and WordPress 4.5 requires at least 5.6 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:

Dear host,

I’m interested in running the open-source WordPress https://wordpress.org/ web software and
I was wondering if my account supported the following:

PHP 5.6 or greater
MySQL 5.6 or greater
The mod_rewrite Apache module
