I am working on a fresh install for a new client. I created a homepage with sample content to fill the gap. I started to work on a header and assigned it to the Entire Site, but it is not taking affect on the front end of the site.
I have switched back to default theme, child theme, etc.
Lord. I tried one last thing, and that was to clear the Server Object Cache, and that worked.
