Global Footer Glitching

Hi, I am using the global footer, whenever i hover on my drop down menu . the menu just opens up anywhere and is often glitching . Specially on a small size screen, as you can see in the pictures . But, in general it is glitching and not working smoothly . Please help fix this .

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that you are using the same menu for the footer. I would suggest you must use the menu without a submenu for the footer area. You need to create a separate menu for the footer.

Please note submenu is the best of the Header menu only.

I have the Primary menu ticked in my case and not the footer menu . What should i do ? I didnt understand . This is how it looks for me. Should i turn on the footer menu ? Please help

Hello @Hitesh,

You must select the “Footer Menu” to the Display location then Save Menu. In case if it doesn’t work for you, please send your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
