Hi,
We are working with X Theme Pro and none of our Global CSS (Pro -> Theme Options -> CSS) is rendering to the front-end of the website. We can see our changes in the preview pane of the builder.
I checked the files within the tag and noticed the preview pane loaded cs-generated-custom-css.css but the live website did not.
How do we resolve this?

Thank you for writing in, first make sure you clear all your caching plugins/features. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Then check all your custom CSS here for errors, If it found errors please address those. Not only Theme Options > CSS, but on Header CSS, Footer CSS, and Page > CSS if any.
If nothing works, please provide us login credentials in a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.
