Global CSS is overriding styles in a custom page

We have created one page (html + css) independent from the x-theme templates and now our styles are being overridden I guess by Global CSS settings. Is there a way to exclude a specific page from these global settings?

To enforce CSS for specific page, you can prefix the CSS codes with page Id. Here is a tutorial that you can refer:

If you have custom hand coded the HTML template outside WordPress CMS, I don’t think the CSS should be overridden. If this is the case, can you please share website URL along with exact page URL?
