Global Colors - What is this?

I am editing somebody’s site and I see this, “The Mover”

What is it and how do I edit it? How is it different from the palette section above it apart from the inability to delete or change any of the names.

Thanks for writing to us.
It is a custom color palette of “The Mover” site template, you can not edit the color palette but you can add the your own color palette from he Theme options —>color.
