Global Callout?

[egraham1225]

I want to have a section at the bottom of my blog pages for lead generation. Is there some sort of global element (not the footer because I want it right after the content ends, before the comments) with X that will provide this functionality? Or will I have to add it to ever single blog post?

Thanks.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in.

That’s possible by adding your call out element as a shortcode, for example, you can add this code to your child theme’s functions.php

add_filter('the_content', 'display_global_callout', 999999 );

function display_global_callout ($content) {

return $content.do_shortcode('[x_callout title="Callout Title" message="The message text for your Callout goes here." type="left" button_text="Enter Your Text" circle="false" button_icon="lightbulb-o" href="#" href_title="" target=""]');

}

Thanks.
