Hello, I have button color set in the globals, but somehow that’s being overridden by red. How do I correct this?

Did you remove the button? When I inspected the page I am only seeing this:
Please put it back so we can investigate. A plugin or custom CSS somewhere may have caused the issue and that is what we are about to find out.

I didn’t realize that button on that site is only visible when you are logged in. I’m having the same issue with my own site,https://resonateyourideas.com/login-2

The site is using the WPO Minify plugin. The plugin could be serving the minified and cached version of the site’s styling which could mean that even after you change the colors, the plugin still loads the old settings. What you will need to do is to clear your plugin caches, regenerate the minified files or at least temporarily disable your caching or optimizing plugins while we are troubleshooting the button color issue.
