Had a question. Are global blocks content being added into the page search index so our website search will index the content appropriately? Im not seeing results from these blocks text on the associated pages. If not, how do i make sure that it does.

Thanks for reaching out. 
Output of search result is excerpt. So in that regards, it won’t display text entered in Global block text element. As a solution, you can edit the page in WordPress editor and manually enter the excerpt. You can take a look at solution mentioned in following thread.
