Global Blocks Footer Off Center

I can’t seem to figure this one out, but could really use some help. My footer is off center and I can’t seem to figure out how or why? Any suggestions?

I have checked and found that the custom CSS has written in the Theme Options > CSS is the reason behind your issue. I would suggest you remove the custom CSS code to get rid of this problem.
