Global block won't centre (PRO)

In my site footer I have created a bar and put inside it a container and put inside that a global block which has social media icons in it. In the footer I want the icons in the middle of the bar. In the header I want the same global block to display the icons on the left hand side of the screen. The header is fine but I can’t figure out how to get the footer right.
Any help would be appreciated

In header builder, please inspect the Bar element and under Flex Layout > Horizontal select Center.
