Hi Juan Carlos,
Thank you for writing in, it seems your screenshot did not upload properly. Can you provide the site URL and login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look?
In the meantime, please do the following:
-
Ensure that you are fully up to date. WordPress, Theme, and Cornerstone (Version Compatibility)
-
Clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. While you’re at it, please deactivate this caching feature while we tackle this issue.
-
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
-
Remove any 3rd party plugin/element that is on the Global Block.
Have a nice day,
Thank you please check this link https://staging4.greatfirsteight.org/domino_effects_kindergaten/
Page is taking a lot of time for loading , you need to check the console
Hi Juan Carlos,
Please provide the site URL and login credentials on a secure note so we can take a closer look.
Thanks,
Hi Juan Carlos,
I have checked your website and found the console errors you mentioned, there might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, I would suggest you deactivate and delete Pro and reinstall it by downloading from your Theme Account and check if that issue exists or not.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
NOTE: Please confirm if the current setup is your staging server.
Thanks
Yes the current is the staging website, the error is showing when I am activated the global block,
After inserting the global block everything is working slow
Hi Juan Carlos,
I have checked and found that the console errors are coming up while adding any of the Global Blocks to the page. While checking the Global Blocks. I found that the custom code with the iframe is fetching the data from an external site within the Content Area Modal element, which might be the reason behind slow loading.
I have also checked few of those URLs and found that the console errors are also coming from that external site from where the URL used to load the data through the iframe.
Thanks
