Global Block Not Displaying Both Columns

Hello - I have a simple global block - 2 columns - text w/button
When I look at the global block it appears correctly - when loaded into a page the right most column doesn’t show the button, when I inspect it I can see the button code is loaded in the page

Please help as too much time is being wasted on something so simple. I’ve been wrestling this for multiple hours, cashe clears and multiple browsers.

Thanks for the very detailed information. I have checked the page and I can see the button even if I resize my browser window.

By the way, please edit your global block and in your Row element settings, Row > Size, make sure to set a 100% width so that when you use the global block inside any column, it will take the fullwidth of the column container.
